REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return/Refund policy:
The product will be returned in the case of defection, damage, or does not match the specifications listed on the Mall website. Returns must be within 48 hours or two business days of receiving the product or exchange it for another product.
Your refund request is subject to approval from our internal team; the product must be in the same condition you received and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Notice:
Orders over US$50.
If orders are greater than 100 JDs, the cash on delivery option is selected when customers check out. Mall reserve’s the right to collect payment before the delivery and provide the customer with a payment receipt. If the customer is not satisfied with the order for reasons that include the incorrect variance, then the customer will have 48 hours to return their order, so long as the packaging is still intact.
The product is damaged or defective only if the defects are structural (such as fractures/scratches/rips or changing colors) or electrical or mechanical merely.
Perishable products such as flowers, newspapers, magazines, makeup, etc. cannot be returned.
